CHART Web Mobile Video uses Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) and HTTP Live streaming to provide Live Traffic video. The media format is known as Streaming H.264. Not all smart phones or PDAs will support this format, see list of supported devices below. Please check your manufacture's specifications to ensure compatibility. This function requires a data plan and will consume 128 Kilobits (Kbps) per second while viewing video feeds. Video feeds could incur large consumption of data from your current plan. Please do not view video while operating a vehicle.
